Our kids love it and it’s easy to make. High five to it being picky eater approved. Here’s how to make Gabe’s Smoked Chicken Quesadilla.
What You’ll Need
1 package of large flour tortilla’s
1 whole Gabe’s smoked chicken-shredded
12 ounces shredded cheddar
1⁄2 red onion-diced
8 oz black olives-chopped
8 oz cherry tomato’s-quartered
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla in pan. Next, spread 4
ounces of shredded chicken evenly over tortilla immediately followed by 3 ounces of
shredded cheddar. Spread 1 ounce of diced onion and 2 ounces of both black olives and
cherry tomato’s on top. Place another tortilla on top and cover pan with a lid. After roughly
three minutes, flip the tortilla carefully and place lid back on for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove quesadilla from pan and pat or “spank” all over with a spatula. Let it sit for one
minute before cutting in half and serving.
